APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

If you would like to fill out an Application Form please click on the New Student Application Form . This link will open into our student information system (SIS), Alma.

A verification email will be sent for you to activate your account. You may have to check your spam folder for this activation email and in order to activate your account, you may have to put this email in your inbox.

Don’t forget to hit the submit button when you have finished filling out the form. Until you hit the submit button, you will be able to modify your responses.

RETURNING STUDENTS

We are looking forward to having your child(ren) return to Westgate for the 2025-2026 school year. Please follow the instructions below to access the re-application forms.

Step #1 Login to Alma with your username and password.
If you have forgotten your password please contact Deanna Klassen (dklassen@westgatemennonite.org). 
Step #2 Click your parent initials OR click the Alma Start Forms. 
Step #3 Once you have selected Alma Start, click on your child’s initials.
Step #4 Please fill out the Returning Westgate Student Re-Admissions Form 2024-2025.
