Open House FAQ

We are looking forward to having you join us this upcoming Sunday, January 26th for the annual Westgate Open House. We appreciate you taking the time to learn more about the education Westgate has to offer.

General Event Information:

  • What time does the Open House start?
    Please feel welcome to arrive anytime after 1:30 PM. At this time, you can check in at the registration desk with our friendly staff. From there, a student will escort you to your assigned classroom.
  • Where should I check in when I arrive?
    Please check in at the registration desk in the atrium.

Parking and Directions:

  • Where should I park? Is parking free or paid?
    There is 2-hour street parking available throughout the Gates area. If spots are available in the school parking lot, you are welcome to park there as well.

Who Should Attend:

  • Should I bring my child?
    Yes! Students, siblings, and additional family members are welcome. Please let us know who will be joining you when you RSVP.

Materials to Bring:

  • Do I need to bring anything (e.g., identification, documents)?
    You don’t need to bring anything! If you like to take notes, feel free to bring a notebook, but it’s not required.
  • Will there be handouts or forms to fill out?
    You’ll receive a package that includes our Westgate Guidebook and details on how to apply. There are no forms to fill out at the event.

Accessibility

  • Is the school accessible for strollers or wheelchairs?
    Absolutely! The building is accessible via a ramp, and there is an elevator for your convenience.
